Spa Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Re-Nova Beauty Studio, we’ve outlined a few helpful guidelines for your time with us. From prep and arrival to treatment, every detail of your spa experience is designed to support a calm and effortless visit.

Spa appointments must be reserved in advance. We recommend that you reserve your appointment at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance so that we may meet your scheduling requests, especially on weekends and during Holiday periods.

We ask all guests to complete a mandatory health form on arrival so that our therapists can prepare your experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs. Please advise us at the time of booking of any relevant health conditions as there are some treatments that are contraindicated with certain health conditions.

Please note that some conditions including recent heart surgery, active cancer diagnosis/treatment and high blood pressure may require your physician’s approval before booking or receiving a spa service.

Our spa welcomes guests aged 12 and over for regular facials and nail salon treatments. For all other treatments, guests are required to be 16 and over.

All guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or a legal guardian present during any treatment.
